Yes. We work directly with estate managers, household staff, and family offices to handle scheduling, property access, and all communication. Many of our residential clients prefer this — the homeowner is never required to manage the coordination themselves. If you have an estate manager, they become our primary contact.
Yes. Off-season storage of all custom pieces and materials is included for annual clients. Your décor returns each year exactly as it was the prior season — or evolves with your design preferences. You never need to source, store, or manage any holiday material yourself.
Yes. Our residential service covers full interior holiday transformations — Christmas trees (real or premium artificial), staircase garland, mantel design, dining room centerpieces, foyer décor, and any other interior elements. Interior and exterior programs are designed as a cohesive whole so the property feels unified from the entrance through every room.
Our team is fully equipped for tall-tree and large-oak installations using lifts, climbers, and specialty rigging. We routinely light multi-story estates and mature canopy trees throughout South Florida's most established neighborhoods. Tree height and complexity are factored into your proposal upfront — no surprises on installation day.
Luxury residential programs typically range from $10,000 for select residential properties to $150,000+ for large estates with extensive interior, exterior, and landscape installations. Final pricing depends on property size, design complexity, materials, interior scope, and whether off-season storage is included.
